After finishing your CBSA interview, please claim all your baggage and follow the sign that states Canada Connections

Please give your Custom Declaration Card to the CBSA officer standing by the exit.

If you already have your next boarding pass and baggage claim tags, drop off your Checked Baggage at the Air Canada Bag Belt.
If not, please take the elevator up to the check-in counters on level 3 for check-in. (Oversize baggage check-in is also located on level 3) -
Proceed toward Security Checkpoint for screening.

After passing through security screening, find your boarding gate

Take the elevator or escalator up to Level 3 - Departures

Follow the signs to Canada Flights to proceed to domestic terminal.

If you do not have your boarding pass, please check-in at the Air Canada counter.

Once you have your boarding pass, drop off your checked baggage at the Air Canada Bag Belt.

Follow the signs to your designated boarding gate – A, B or C – to find the closest security checkpoint.

After passing through security screening, find your boarding gate

Enter the International Reception Lounge Area where the WestJet Counter is located.

Check-in and drop off your bags at the WestJet Counter.

Proceed to the exit to the public greeting area.

Take the elevator or escalator up to Level 3 - Departures.

Follow the signs to Canada Flights to proceed to domestic terminal.

If you do not have your boarding pass or have not dropped off your checked baggage, please do so by proceeding to the WestJet Counter
