FLIGHT CONNECTIONS

Two major options for domestic flights in Canada are Air Canada and WestJet.

Air Canada

Option 1: Arriving between 5:00am – 9:00pm local times. (Times are subject to change)

Option 2: Arriving before 5:00am after 9:00pm local times. (Times are subject to change)

1) After finishing your interview, please claim all your baggage and follow the sign that states Canada Connections – Air Canada Only

2) Please give your Custom Declaration Card to CBSA officer standing by the exit.

3) For those who have a boarding pass and baggage claim tags already, drop-off your checked Baggage at the Air Canada Bag Belt. If not, please take the elevator up to  check-in counter on level 4 for check-in. (Oversize baggage check-in is also located on level 4)

4) Proceed toward Security Checkpoint for screening.

5) Find your boarding gate

1) After finishing your interview, please claim all your baggage and proceed toward the main exit.

2) Please give your Custom Declaration Card to CBSA officer standing by the exit.

3) Proceed toward the public greeting area

4) Take the elevator or escalator up to Level 3 International Terminal Departure

5) Follow the signs to Canada Flights to proceed to domestic terminal.

6) If you do not have your boarding pass, please check-in with Air Canada Counter.

7) If you have your boarding pass or just checked-in, drop-off your checked baggage at the Air Canada Bag Belt.

8) Follow the signs to your designated boarding gate – A, B or C - to find the closest security checkpoint.

9) Find your boarding gate


WestJet

1) After finishing your interview, please claim all your baggage and proceed toward the main exit.

2) Please give your Custom Declaration Card to CBSA officer standing by the exit.

3) Enter the International Reception Lounge Area where WestJet Counter is located.

4) Check-in and drop-off you bags at the WestJet Counter.

5) Proceed to the exit to the public greeting area.

6) Take the elevator or escalator up to Level 3 International Terminal Departure

7) Follow the signs to Canada Flights to proceed to domestic terminal.

8) If you do not have your boarding pass or have not dropped-off your checked baggage, please proceed to the WestJet Counter

9) Follow the signs to your designated boarding gate – A, B or C - to find the closest security checkpoint.

10) Find your boarding gate
